when i mount my usb disk ,and when i want to format i,it i failed! now i do not know how to do! "Unable to open /dev/sdb read-write (Read-only file system). /dev/sdb has been opened read-only."

It's not clear if you want to mount your USB disk or if you want to format it. The USB disk should not be mounted if you want to format it.
