i knew about the problems of phpmyadmin a while ago. i just found this alternative, but there is no ebuild.

i haven't posted any wiki of phpmyadmin because i was looking at hardening web stuff. mod_security and web app firewalls and intrusion detection systems are needed for phpmyadmin to be secure. intrusion detection systems need to be able to block hosts via iptables and its just a really big chain of events that need to happen all together perfectly for it to work safely. phpmyadmin is good at what it does, though it will take me time to get all of this arranged. help is totally welcomed by me. |
