Hello.
I've installed gentoo with openbox + lxpanel + feh.
Then i installed iDesk, but i didn't like it, so removed it from my system. After this i got black screen with GNOME-style icons on desktop. But after rebooting it's gone.
And now i have a quetion...what kind of desktop it was? And how can i open it again. |

My guess is that it was probably a ghost from idesk. Since it was still running when you removed it, but it lost its default theme so it switched to gnome. When you rebooted naturally you killed it completely.
Just a guess. _________________ First things first, but not necessarily in that order.
Apologies if I take a while to respond. I'm currently working on the dematerialization circuit for my blue box. |
