Moving from Other Things Gentoo.
We are aware that the search utility leaves a little to be desired. There are a few other comments about this scattered throughout this forum. Mostly the response is that we are only going to have a search feature that's as good as the one in phpBB. As soon as they improve their searching techniques, ours will improve too. This is an interesting problem, because "client and error and authorized" didn't pull up that thread, either. I originally thought the problem was simply that '-' was considered a word-break character, but if that were the case, all the component words should have been entered as matches. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |

I don't think so. It is possible that there was a problem when that particular post got made, so that the post was registered in the thread databases, but before the word matches for the search database got updated, something bad happened and an exception was thrown. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
