hi,
The only two filesystems that have this sort of paradigm is btrfs subvolumes and zfs containers, but, can any of them use the as RAW device?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but- RAID (not a filesystem, per se) combines raw volumes into a larger volumes, in some configurations with fault tolerance.
- The whole pantheon of cluster filesystems (e.g., Lustre) do this on a potentially massive scale.
What are you looking for exactly?
