Gentoo SELinux Installation / Conversion- SE-Linux: disabled

Hi,

I just installed Gentoo und tried to convert it .
After using the handbook (http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/hardened/selinux/selinux-handbook.xml?part=2&chap=1) SE Linux doesn't start after reboot. So I ahd a look at the Troubleshooting page (http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/hardened/selinux/selinux-handbook.xml?part=2&chap=6).
My /etc/selinux/strict/policy does not contain a "base.pp" but "semodule -n -B"(dons not give any errors) does not change anything.
Any Ideas?
