I go to Fox.com to get a TV listing, and the jackass web designer thinks I asked for a fucking movie. Well I'm already listening to something, and it gets interrupted.

How do I make, by default, web sites shut the fuck up unless I specifically add domains?

*.youtube.com
*.wikipedia.org
etc...

I'm using Chrome.

Build two browsers: one with sound support and one without.

I read today in FT that even Steve Ballmer has now acknowledged Windows 8 as a dismal failure. People are referring to it as the biggest commercial failure since "New Coke" (which you'd be too young to remember).

They are going to try to overhaul it somehow, like they did with Vista. I wonder what they'll call it.

Windows NEIN
Flashblock is great, some websites it needs to be disabled on since flash fails to initialise properly, but that's easily done with the settings.

I do like how it's the beginning of the end for Win32.

soon stuff like flashblock won't help you anymore. Thanks to the fabulous world of HTML5. Where you will watch the commercials.
