Hello, All !
I have updated udev to 200, with accordance with both http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Udev/upgrade and https://gentoo-handbook.lugons.org/doc/en/udev-guide.xml. In grub I have written boot row Quote: | kernel (hd0,0)/kernel-3.6.11-gentoo ... udev | After update I have a problem kernel panic with message Code: | /sbin/udev no such file or directory, kernel panic | . If I remove udev from boot loader, boot loading works normally but drop into command line before sysvinit, if I try to make Ctrl+D then I receive kernel panic Quote: | you try to kill sysvinit | . What I have to do for recover ? _________________ Best regards,

Problem was in stable sysvinit and util-linux are conflict and sysvinit was removed. When I emerged newer sysvinit (unstable) all works fine. _________________ Best regards,
