emerge jargon definitions

There is jargon associated with emerge that I am unfamiliar with.

Can anyone point me toward a definition of "unmask" or "keyword change"?

unmask: add to /etc/portage/package.unmask
keyword change: add package to /etc/portage/package.keywords with a different keyword from the global keyword
