Hello Guru's
I have an unusual device in my hands and so unusual problems for me
here is Chinese box media player via Linux 2.6 and mrua_player_v2 on it
this device could upload files and settings from usb, but for now, when I plugged it in (I mean USB with *.conf files) it says: "usb_no_update_file!"
as I understand I need to put some command file on USB wich will say to player load files from this device.. SO what is this can be?
I have some manuals about it, and I putting on an USB a files from this manuals, but their's are not uploaded and nowhere in manuals I don't find any words about this "special" common files on USB...
It will be great if somebody can help me or throw me on a right direction in search
Thank you |

First, do DMESG, than connect device, than do DMESG again. See if much changes
First of all, try to load all USB drivers you can find. Including everything...
Disconnect device, do dmesg again, see if anything changes from previous dmesg. If it does, you are digging it right., probably.
Second of all, try to find out, what specifically protocols device supports.
What OS it has? _________________ Just a user. |
