Hi All!

Today, during updating my world I caught an error when emerging mongodb 2.4.0.

It seems that error in one python installation script. So maybe someone know how to fix it? Or maybe problem has another reason?

I would try upgrading dev-util/scons to a higher version, since you get
Code:
#[31;01m*#[0m   escons failed.
.

I'm getting the same problem with both 2.4.0 and 2.4.1. I've tried upgrading scons (from 2.2.0 to 2.2.0-r1), running python-updater, and using Python 2.7 and 3.2, but nothing works. The output of emerge --info '=dev-db/mongodb-2.4.1' is:

Got it working - openssl needed to be upgraded but was being blocked. Resolving this problem allowed the compilation to proceed.

How did you upgrade the openssl and what version did you upgrade it to?

Thanks

According to genlop, these are the packages I installed:

Code:

net-libs/neon-0.29.6-r2
net-misc/openssh-5.9_p1-r4
dev-libs/openssl-1.0.1c
