Hello, I have a problem with VLC, if I load my subtitles, they don't appear. Is it some problem with installing VLC without some particular USE flag? Thank you

I was having the same problem and had to add "libass xosd fontconfig" to my USE flags to get subtitles to work in VLC. Hope this helps someone.
