I'v got a problem with configuring fast track mk II with alsa. Days of searching with no good answer. Please help.
My kernel is 3.2.12-gentoo x64

I'v got sound in amarok, audacious and jack but can't configure alsa with alsaconf what results no sound in gnome and browser.
Installed ardour and sound is working on duplex mode with alsa driver in realtime. But the alsa driver is not configured. Gnome sound control from "gnome-media" package is not starting cause it's "Waiting for sound system to respond" forever. |

maybe kernel downgrade or a fresh install with downgraded kernel shoud help. ??? |
