Along ideological (aka "party") lines. So the conservative judges were in the 5, the liberal judges the 4. I haven't seen anything mentioned about any "surprise" votes. Conservative, Swing, Liberal:
Alito
Roberts
Scalia
Thomas
Kennedy
Breyer
Ginsberg
Kagan
Sotamayor _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.
