ebuild for dev-lang/icc dead?

I am having some trouble with the ebuild for ICC.

When you register a new copy of ICC you only receive a serial number and not a license file. Furthermore, an old license file I had from 2 years ago doesn't work.

Does anybody know how to go from serial number to license file, activate a version installed with an invalid license file or an ebuild?
