Installing comix failed for me:

media-gfx/mcomix seems to be the replacement.

"print __doc__" being invalid syntax is odd, that's usually valid pretty much everywhere.

Except in Python 3 where it should be print(__doc__) I guess.

You are using Python 2 right?

You are using Python 2 right?


Ahh, thank you... Thats it.
I used Python 3. Switched back to Python 2 and it worked... :-)
