GKrellM, themes scale size and krell indicators

In case this happens to someone else... if you find the 'krells' that make up much of GKrellM aren't visible, make sure your themes->options->scale setting is not to the lowest settings available (in my case 40-50). The indicators apparently are allowed to scale so small as not to be rendered.

I learned the hard way by rebuilding an entire world set . Creating a temporary user account (where gkrellm was showing fine again) backing up my ~/.gkrellm2 config and comparing the entire config versus a default generated to determine what was finally wrong.
