Could anyone help, please? I'm trying to prepare ebuild for GBS:https://source.tizen.org/documentation/reference/git-build-system/.
What's wrong here? Why I'm getting this error while trying unpack tar.gz?

As far as I can see at a first glance, shouldn't gbs-0.13_alpha.tar.gz be in /usr/local/portage/distfiles rather than in /usr/local/portage/dev-util/gbs ?
EDIT : And BTW remove the needless unpack ${PF}.tar.gz from your no-less needless src_unpack procedure.
And of course, add the appropriate SRC_URI= statement.
