Cpu Frequency Selector Ruby widget

Hello, kids.

Recently I was trying to configure a cpu frequency governor. After configure the kernel and play manually through console, I tried to install an applet.

Unfortunately, the only one that I found on kde "Cpu Frequency Selector Ruby" doesn't shows its interface.

It says: Doesn't be possible to open the packet plasma-cpufreq requiered by cpu frequency selector

Please will be someone so kind to tell me the packets that must I install to run it?
