Tell me how is quality of nvidia graphics, i want to buy new graphics card for desktop. so please give suggestion.

There are two camps of Graphics Cards. These camps are full of loyal users on each side:
- Nvidia, which you asked about
- Shop ATI Graphics
Most people wont tell you what I'm about to say, because most of us are techies and can stick any graphics card in our machine, and make it work, but:
The Graphics Card You Choose should depend upon the chipset installed on your motherboard.
Here's Why,
The Controller Chipset is optimized to work with products created by that same manufacturer
- The General Rule is NVidia is optimized for Intel, ATI is optimized for AMD
Caveats:
- I have an AMD CPU motherboard with an NVidia MCP Controller Chipset, because I prefer NVidia, therefore I put a NVidia 550Ti in my system.
- There are Intel boards built the same way.
In short, check your chipset before making a purchase. To answer your question, I must ask one:
What do you want to do with the machine this card will go in
