Changing KDE's right click menu

Is there a way to add / get rid of entries on the contect menu you get when you right click on the KDE desktop? Specifically, a feate I've always enjoyed in Windows is winamp's right click "enqueue in winamp" - however in kde it is present, but in a submenu - takes too long :-(

Anyone?
