most americans don't exercise and have removed even basic physical activity from their daily lives. take your daily RMR, plan your daily food intake to NEVER exceed that, and you will begin to lose weight.
fat fucks feed their fat fucking faces far too much. i bet this woman eats 3k calories a day. fatty needs to drop to like 1800 and the weight will just fall off. want a start? cut out soda. many people drink 40+ ounces of soda a day. that's 500 calories right there. anything with cheese, sour cream, mayonaise, corn, or oil is going to also put you over the top. |

I find that when I eliminate flavor, I eat worse junk food. My main issue (aside from inactivity) is needing to eat less of what I do eat.
