definition of a contradiction:
| Quote: | | Shooting animals should be allowed but not shooting people. |
| Quote: | | Violent, angry or fearful people should not set the terms of our peaceful lives. |

statistically, yes. |
False. |
What i meant is that the president is an obvious assassination target. But, I am not against people who feel they are targets from owning a rifle (after suitable checks). | We have suitable checks. The current mania involves discussion of legislation which would have had no impact on recent shootings. That is how we can identify it as an irrational abridgement of civil liberties.
The recent law passed in NY limits magazines to 7 or fewer (I forget if it was inclusive of 7) bullets, which effectively eliminates most weapons. That number was not chosen for the law by happy accident. Knowing that this will have almost zero impact on future crimes, what then must be the goal? Abridgement of civil liberties. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

Who needs that shit |
It's not a question of who needs it. it's a question of who should pay for it. An AnCap or a libertarian will pay for something he needs or wants, and if it happens to be used by another person, he has three options: the user voluntarily pay, the owner use tort to force payment, or the owner deciding public use does no harm.

Whoa whoa whoa...you're going to take his commission just like that? And if you go this far, why not knock him all the way down to Specialist? |
