But still... | I read a review that the specs are poor, but for dev purposes, that's probably a good thing (make it useable on low-end hardware, it'll work well on better hardware). _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

there are two varieties. the orange one which is pretty low specs and the white one which is higher end. not sure how high end they are going at first though. |

I think the review I read was of the orange variety, so that makes sense. I either missed the white variety, or it wasn't covered (in the article I read). _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

Either way I think this (release of multiple mobile OS) is really good. Over here, every other day we are seeing new mobiles being released by Indian companies (who're essentially buying Chinese phones, giving them IMEIs, repackaging them and selling it here). One such has a quad core and 1GB RAM and costs half as much (~ $272).
So, essentially a mobile phone revolution, just like we had the PC revolution. _________________ What looks like a cat, flies like a bat, brays like a donkey, and plays like a monkey? |
