Serial console on Ultra 10

Does anybody know which kernel modules I need in order to use the serial console on an Ultra 10? It works great with the kernel from the install cd, but I can't seem to find the right combination for my own kernel.

try put:
c0:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 9600 ttyS0 vt100
in /etc/inittab where ttySx is desired serial port
after run "init q" and also put in silo.conf append="serial"
