Not really. Existing law already makes this illegal in both Ireland and the UK. Tesco has already acted appropriately, we'll see what the supplier has to say for themselves.

Well, there are those that would object to eating hog flesh.

JB wonders if and when any legal action will occur.

Edit - yes this may have legs, a bit like the 2:30 at Newmarket - which as well as being
somewhat nippy, was equally delicious

Well on the scale of things, also known as the Fuckometer, this gets pretty near to 0 Fucks.

They have been using horse meat in cured sausages for donkey's years. And donkeys too. At least they get used, most lame horsies end up as glue or worse :(

yeah the fate of horses and ponies is indeed horrible. Lucky horses become sausages or glue. Unlucky ones are renamed to Sarah Jessica Parker and must film 'Sex and the city'.

Sarah Jessica Parker.
And to think I used to quite easily have a quiet fap to her visage. Now all I can think of is big horse fannies when I try.

I wonder what they'll find if they start testing for human DNA too.

Might be a good way of resolving some missing persons cases.

That's what "Fleischwurst" is for, "meat" chopped beyond recognition.

With really cheap beefburgers, human flesh is the least of your worries.

At least it's natural
