I tryied following and got this problem i no can solve.

emerge --update --newuse --deep -v --ask @world

* IMPORTANT: 5 news items need reading for repository 'my_local_overlay'.
* IMPORTANT: 12 news items need reading for repository 'gentoo'.
* Use eselect news to read news items.


These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "<net-analyzer/rrdtool-1.4".
(dependency required by "net-analyzer/cacti-0.8.7e-r2" [installed])
(dependency required by "@selected" [set])
(dependency required by "@world" [argument])

The version you have installed requires rrdtools less than version 1.4. The versions of both these packages now exist in portage:
rrdtool-1.4.7-r1
cacti-0.8.7i
