Heatsink mounting hole standard? (Gentoo install)

Maybe not strictly a Gentoo question, but I'm planning to install Gentoo on this cutting edge ARM board (Jetson TK1):

I'd like to replace the fan with a heatsink as discussed here:

These look like they would roughly fit the existing mount holes in the board:

How can I be sure? Is there a mounting hole standard that the board and heatsinks are likely complying with?

That computer looks nice but remember its nvidia.

Looks like the heatsink in picture would fit. If it doesnt use that "glue thermal paste" i dont remember what it was called.

Is Nvidia still not open-source friendly? I thought they were coming around on that.

Support for this board is said to be going into nouveau.
