So these PLF fuckers have ZERO standing and are just another front of the overblown american health care system whose big players are scared that Obamacare might lower their profits.

1. This organization has been around before Obummercare.
2. You need to follow the news. Health providers and insurance companies are doing double digit increases. Obummer has no interest in lowering their profits. Why do you think stock prices for insurance companies soared after Obummercare was passed? These were the people that Obummer had write the legislation.

Had you read TFA, you would have seen how it may be involved. Since it is a pending legal action, whether or not it matters is undecided. Based on recent political and SCOTUS events, I doubt it will have an impact. Thus the title.
