In English, we say, "a judge's job".
As to what qualifies, I believe it's anything which prevents or significantly inhibits procreation. Death would be the most certain to prevent it, but stupidity-induced genital destruction, reproductive tract eradication, buttfacial uglification, or own-child nullification negligency or opposite-sex sexual partner deathmogrification would seem to also be in the spirit of non-selection of the unfit.
