Introducing the new Governor. At almost $800, it seems a bit pricey. Granted I last bought something in the early 90s.

A buddy and I went in together on some raffle tickets for a Shriner's sportsman raffle that had a bunch of different firearms including several Taurus Judges that you could win. We didn't. I don't know that I'd use it for home defense, but it certainly seems like it would be a fun rabbit gun.

The idea behind home defense is to NOT penetrate walls and not need precision. Shot achieves both. Whether or not the Judge specifically is useful, I can't say (or for the Governor for that matter, but I'd do more research if that's what I was seeking).
