By the way, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces is currently made up of three Bush appointees and one Clinton appointee.

Removing him is probably best, otherwise it could be used as a vector for appeal.
I did not know he was paralyzed. This is good news. Hopefully his peers view him as a worthless failure for not having become a martyr. For that alone, he should not be executed.
