failed to emerge.
It was pulled in when emerging world (emerge -DuvaN world).

An ebuild problem most probably. The default instruction as part of src_install is likely to be the cause.
Out of interest : What do you need this set of plugins for ?

This is bug 445698 which was already fixed meanwhile.
