Hi,
I don't get this complain:

Code:

[blocks B      ] <sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-17 ("<sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-17" is blocking sys-apps/openrc-0.11.5)

Total: 66 packages (58 upgrades, 6 new, 2 reinstalls), Size of downloads: 376,975 kB
Conflict: 3 blocks (1 unsatisfied)

 * Error: The above package list contains packages which cannot be
 * installed at the same time on the same system.

  (sys-apps/openrc-0.11.5::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    sys-apps/openrc required by (sys-apps/baselayout-2.1-r1::gentoo, installed)
    sys-apps/openrc required by (app-admin/openrc-settingsd-1.0.1::gentoo, installed)
    sys-apps/openrc required by (sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-16::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

  (sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-16::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    >=sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-16 required by (sys-fs/udev-195::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

how to solve?

regards

You're using unstable udev (sys-fs/udev-195) which needs udev-init-scripts which is also keyworded. You need to keyword a newer version of the latter, in /etc/portage/package.keywords (or just the package without a version) since 17-r1 is in the tree. It might be that you need to emerge that first (though it shouldn't.)

Alternatively, you need to sync again.

Failing all that, ask in #gentoo on IRC: chat.freenode.net.
