A new discovery shows that Homo heidelbergensis was making stone-tipped spears 500,000 years ago, some 200,000 years earlier than mankind was recently thought to have developed such technology.

When did the homo-whatever realize that if you expect some funding for your project next year, you need to publish something really unbelievable in the very beginnings of the fourth term ?

| I saw a video of a crow making a tool to hook a worm out of a bottle. I also saw an octopus that can unscrew a jar. I don't think that men are going to find either their fishing skills or their jar unscrewing for the girl-next-door skills under threat just yet. |
