|
|
Hello.
I have just emerged FF 17.0, but (at least with sawfish) it doesn't display correctly (window doesn't to maximize to state the problem).
I'd like to revert to firefox-bin-16.0.2, I tried using eselect or emerge www-client/firefox-16.0.2 but (not surprisingly) didn't work.
Help please!
Thanks :^)

put this line on your /etc/portage/package.mask
>www-client/firefox-bin-16.0.2
then re-emerge it
emerge -av1 firefox-bin |

Thanks guys!! :^)
I guess I'll need to remove the line from package.mask if I want to upgrade later? |

| In this case, it would be better to mask >=www-client/firefox-bin-17, so that any future bumps to the -16 series are accepted. |
