This is no complaint; he is taunting them. He's an attention-seeker. He's isolated, and desperate for attention. He probably has narcissistic personality disorder, along with whatever else is wrong with him.

I feel so bad, I wish I could go to Norway right now, put him in a dimly lit, well built room and suffocate him with love* and tears**
