I trying to make an automatic update script.
But emerge stops saying that some package don't exist.
Is the anyway to tell emerge to ignore that and keep emerging the other packages? |

Isomorph ... this probably means that package has been removed from the tree or overlay ... so you should check to see if the package has been removed for a reason (ie, dropped and/or replaced with another package). A package is only ever removed when there is a particular support issue with it.

Generally, --keep-going=y, but in your case portage will need to resolve the packages prior to emerge so I don't think this will help.
