seems like i cannot make a correct kernel to satisfy the net.eth0
it has video audio and net problems.
i started with stage3 of amd64
with lot of difficulties i am able to boot into it with kernel-3.4.9-gentoo
but network does not connect.
it is always asking me to load correct kernel module for net.eth0
atleast 10 times i have tried now to make the kernel .the problem remains

how exactly do i proceed.
i have tried with kerel config from stage3 i686 and configuring with docuentation also
same result
hel pls.

try booting e.g. http://www.sysresccd.org
If the net works, copy the kernel config they provide and make your kernel with their config. If everything works, then you may start tweaking the kernel to your needs.
Asking for help, always think about the info you provide - it is hard to even try to help anyone who askes for help with hardware without providing the necessary info :-)
Good luck :-)
