Powertop reports that I have 30-40 wakeups a second, despite people with similar configurations to mine saying they get <10. The two processes which cause the most wakeups are the two swapper threads, which seems to defeat the point. (hopefully) Useful info:

Suggestion: Enable the CONFIG_INOTIFY kernel configuration option.
