Bonjour,
is there a command that can clear the screen of a non login virtual terminal, by default, /dev/tty7 to 12? I will not try to clear the terminal use by X.

deallocvt - deallocate unused virtual consoles
?
yes... just tried.... openvt 8 zsh gave some output.. deallocvt removed it. _________________
