ati-drivers 12.9 and xorg-server 1.13 working

Just FYI: the 12.9 driver for ubuntu here:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+source/fglrx-installer/2:9.000-0ubuntu1

works fine in gentoo with xorg-server-1.13. Just unpack it, move {etc,lib,usr} to a directory named "common" and pack it again. Remove the src_unpack function from the 12.9_beta ebuild, change the SRC_URI and done
