The European Southern Observatory (ESO) celebrates its 50th birthday (actually the official birthday is 5 October 1962, but who cares). :D

I am looking forward to see some pictures from the E-ELT.

It isn't even in Europe!

You people still think you are colonial powers! How many indigenous people were ethnically cleansed from their land? :P

Since the EU already has a common border with Brazil, I expect that we will the achieve the rest soon.
