|
|
Hello,
Recently I've setup gnome 3.4 and I've noticed some of the menus are missing arrows that indicate a drop down menu. This issue was also present in my 3.2 install, I unmerged 3.2 and emerge 3.4 in an attempt to fix the issue but have had no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Here's a screenshot of the issue:

I have experienced the exact same problem. Currently using gnome-3.4. Thanks for posting.

Hi!
I had some strange icons as well. For me the reason was that media-fonts/dejavu had been uninstalled on depclean. Maybe you try and check if this font is missing and install. _________________ ...it's only Rock'n'Roll, but I like it! |

For me even the fonts in the gnome-terminal were changed when this font is missing.
So I think media-fonts/dejavu should be added as a dependency to gnome-3 _________________ ...it's only Rock'n'Roll, but I like it! |

Thank you very much! The solution worked and I definitely agree, it doesn't make sense that it isn't a dependency already |
