Battmon, Simple battery monitoring program

Hello,

i wrote simple battery monitoring program in python, especially for tiling window managers like awesome, dwm, xmonad etc.
it's sends notification, has clickable popups etc. (see battmon -h for options)
Tested with python-notify-0.1.1, pygtk-2.24.0 and notification-daemon-0.5.0 and python-2.7.
