|
|
I fail to find this possibility with package.mask
What is the smartest solution to mask a package from a particular overlay (including the local one)
For example, I get an ebuild package_name-Version_X in Gentoo portage and another ebuild with the same name in an overlay. (Of course these two ebuilds are different )
How can I instruct portage to ignore the one from the overlay but take portage's one into consideration ? _________________

echo "package::overlay" >> /etc/portage/package.mask |
