I'm using a very recent livecd and am trying to install it.

It boots to a point just after unmuting sound card0 and card1, then

Code:

/etc/init.d/gpm-pre: line 15: /etc/sysconfig/mouse: No such file or directory
ERROR: gpm-pre failed to start

Then it starts a few more things, until the next and final error

ERROR: cannot start autoconfig as gpm-pre would not start
finally...
Adjusting inittab...
Mounting network filesystems...
Doing udev cleanups
Starting local[code]

That's the end of the boot process. Any thoughts?
