Hi,

ich hab ein seltsames Problem, ich habe 2 ältere Samsung Festplatten verschiedene Größen, diese laufen an verschiedenen Controllern und Rechnern einwandfrei. Nur an meinem aktuellen System laufen diese nicht an den Onboard-Controllern (2 verschiedene).

Jemand sowas schon einmal gehabt und evtl. auch einen Tipp (Außer den zusätzlichen Controller weiterverwenden)?

welche Modelle sind es denn ?

hat google schon was ausgespuckt in Verbindung mit Controlle + Platte ?


sind das s-ata platten ? ahci aktiviert ?


also so blind lässt sich nicht wirklich viel sagen ...

So blind ins Blaues geschossen würde ich vermuten das am HDD Controller[?] Treiber liegen könnte.
Eventuell hilft eine andere Treiber (Kernel) Version?!

Gibt es was hilfreiches im dmesg dazu?

Die werden ja nicht mal im BIOS erkannt, bzw beim starten. Wenn ich daheim bin, suche ich die Bezeichnungen raus. Sie fahren wie gesagt nicht mal an.

Das sind die Platten.

Habe auch Prompt was gefunden... gnarf... es soll FW Updates für die HDDs geben.

ich hab eine davon (Model=SAMSUNG HD203WI, FwRev=1AN10003) und die läuft eigentlich ganz rund

auf dem ICH10 (wenn ich mich nicht irre)


was für einer Motherboard, Chipsatz, Controller, sind es denn bei dir ?


und mit dem FW Update:

Daten sichern auf ein anderes Medium nicht vergessen



schonmal geschaut, ob was mit dem Netzteil bzw. Stromversorgung im Argen ist ?
