Fire elemental? No, those are salamanders. A sylph might look like that at night. But why would a sylph be there? Dragon? A small one, like in eastern german folklore (where they come down the chimneys and bring milk or gold). No, this is godless Indonesia. Maybe some local fairy.
Probably some burning bird.
