How to install Gentoo

I am a new on this and can you give me a suggestion how to install Gentoo?

Try the handbook: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/

You need a running linux system (e.g. a live cd like systemrescucd, ubuntu, ...) and an internet connection.
And some time and the ability to read and understand the handbook.
